Raced the San Bruno 3s on New Years day. I got to the front of the race as quickly as possible, thanks to Michael Tisdell's excellent advice and stayed in the first 10-15 riders as long as I could. About 5 minutes from the end I lost contact with the lead group. I rode by myself the rest of the way to take fifth in the 3s and 24th overall out of 215.
